جهازي بطيء وأيقونات البرامج لا تعمل

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. أرجو المساعدة من الأخوة ذوي الخبرة، فأنا أعاني منذ فترة من بطء الجهاز بعد أن كان يظهر لي رسائل بانخفاض الذاكرة (low memory)، فحاولت أن أمسح بعض البرامج والملفات وفرغت ثلث مساحة الجهاز تقريباً، ولكن الجهاز ما زال بطيئاً وكذلك فإن أيقونات البرامج تظهر على شكل ورقة بيضاء وبعضها لا يعمل عند النقر عليه وكأنها كلمات فقط وليست اختصارات للملفات، وهذه صورة عن كيفية ظهور أيقونات اختصارات البرامج:



فحاولت أن أقوم بفحص الجهاز عن طريق الكاسبر، وفي كل مرة عند القيام بمسح (Run Critical Areas Scan) تتوقف العملية عند ملفات الويندوز وتمر الساعات وهي على ملف واحد فقط، وكذلك يحصل الأمر نفسه عند إجراء مسح (Run Full Scan) فهي تتوقف أيضاً عند ملفات الويندوز.

كما زادت في الأيام الماضية رسائل (Not Responding) عند تشغيل برامج مثل Internet Exploer و FireFox و Windows Explorer، وأحياناً كنت أتلقى رسائل بأن هذه الاختصارات خاطئة أو أن ملفاتها قد تم مسحها أو تعديلها أو أن عنوانها خاطئ.

وعند إغلاق الجهاز عن طريق (Shut Down) فإن عملية الإغلاق تكون بطيئة وتتأخر عند بدايتها وعند الانتقال إلى شاشة (Logging off) فإن عملية الإغلاق تتوقف ولا تنتهي وتبقى شاشة (Logging off) موجودة إلى أن يتم عمل (Restart) للجهاز يدوياً عن طريق الضغط على الزر.

حاولت خلال كتابة الموضوع عمل التقارير اللازمة ولكن تقرير (Runscanner) واجه مشكلة خلال مسح الملفات، فلم أستطع إلا أن أضع تقريري كل من Hijackthis وقائمة البرامج المثبتة، وهما مرفقين أدناه:
