windows did not start successfully

الرجاء من الأخوة الكرام مساعدتي في أقرب وقت ولكم من جزيل الشكر

لدي جهاز في العمل dell optiplex 760 تعرض للوقوع وعلى اثره انفكت بطارية cmos فأعدت تركيبها مرة أخرى وعند إعادة تشغيل الجهاز ظهرت الرسالة التالية

a recent hardware or software change might have caused this .

if your cumputer stopped responding .. restarted ... unexpectedly or was automatically shut down to protect your file and folder . choose last known good configuration to revert to the most recent setting that worked

if a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed , or if you are not sure what caused the problem , choose start widows normally

safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt

last known good conf iguration (your most recent settings that worked )

start windows normally

use the up and down arrow keys to move the high light to your choice

قمت بمحاولة تبديل قرص صلب بآخر من جهاز آخر وما زالت المشكلة مستمرة
